Full-cycle game developer and publisher, is looking for a User Acquisition expert. We are open to considering both full-time employment and part-time/consulting.

Responsibilities: 

• Developing user acquisition on channels to achieve KPI and grow project audiences;
• Developing relationships with partners;
• Developing algorithms for working with channels to increase their qualitative and quantitative results.
• Coaching UA managers;

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition;
• Understanding of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SDK Networks (Unity, Applovin, and IronSource);
• Experience coaching UA managers;
• High level of English proficiency;
• Experience working in an advertising network or traffic attribution system in account management or higher positions;
• Experience working in game development or mobile app stores (Google Play, App Store, Amazon Appstore).
